Community Incentives:

• If you move a home into our community, you will receive 3 months' free lot rent plus $500 moving expense.
• We will pay 50% of the cost for purchase and installation of a carport on your lot.
• We offer a "Refer-A-Friend" incentive to all residents in our community. If you refer a friend to our community, we'll pay you $100 once they are approved and moved in.
